Science is the most popular field in terms of careers among students. Students have to choose science as a compulsory subject in their HSC if they want to pursue a career in Engineering, Medical, B.Sc., Agriculture, Dental and so on, in the combination of PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), and PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology).

Scope

Science stocks a broad spectrum of career opportunities from an undergraduate-level degree to a doctoral-level degree. After completing 10+2 education, one can either take the traditional way, i.e., B.Sc. and M.Sc., or can also opt for a professional career such as B.Tech and MBBS.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor degree in Science: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 exam from a recognized board with PCM, PCB, or PCMB as core subjects with a minimum aggregate marks criteria provided by the examining authority of government, universities/institutes, etc.
  • Master Degree in Science: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum aggregate marks criteria provided by the examining authority of government, universities/institutes, etc.
  • Doctorate Degree in Science: Candidates must have a master's degree with a minimum aggregate marks criteria provided by the examining authority of government, universities/institutes, etc.
